Accomodation

The most accessible hotels are along Heiwa Dori (Heiwa Street).

We have booked rooms for over 100 people in Sun Garden and Taihei Annex that are nearest to the Congress venue (within 10 min walk) at a special price. Rooms are available for 6 nights from 22 to 28 July, with breakfast included. Single rooms are 4,300 yen per night; several twin rooms are also available (8,200 yen in Taihei. Sorry, those in Sun Garden are already full. One room (7,700 yen) in Sun Garden (note that originally smoking room but with an odor elimination service) is still available because of cancellation.).
Please contact Keizo Takasuka (keizaf@gmail.com) with information on desired room type, whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room, sex and nationality, as soon as possible. Each room type will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Reservations can be cancelled without a fee until 10 July. Please also make sure to let Keizo know if you wish to reserve for different dates from 22-28 July and do not make a reservation of these hotels in your own right.
Note that hotels in the urban area (within 20-25 min walk of the Congress venue, or by a street car) are more expensive (by 1,000yen or more) than these two hotels.

Access to these hotels from Matsuyama Airport
Take a shuttle bus to Matsuyama City Station (560yen),

then take a streetcar (both trams 1 or 2 with both directions OK, 160yen) and get off at Shimizumachi Sta no.12.,

walk down southwardly and turn left to Hotel Sun Garden or cross the first
pedestrian crossing to Hotel Taihei Annex.

Just turning once or twice makes you get to the venue.

Other hotels along the streetcar line (Iyotetsu) are also available and convenient to go to the venue.

Okaido

Dogo

It is possible to go on foot to the venue from hotels in Okaido and Dogo-onsen or by the streetcar (tram 2 to Matsuyama City Station eastwardly) from Sta.19 Okaido to Sta.14 Red Cross Hospital with 160 yen.
